As an owner of several properties managed by the great team at Lewis Prior, I have regular contact with Karlie.
I am happy to say I have never had a problem with a tenant that she has recommended, but this is a reflection of the strict selection process she maintains.
Inspections are conducted regularly and reported back, in writing, very promptly. Any more pressing maintenance items are immediately phoned through and able to be dealt with promptly. This of course, has the effect of minimising any rental arrears.
